As a digital transformation consultant for not-for-profits, our founder worked closely with a diverse range of healthcare organizations, each facing unique challenges but struggling with similar obstacles. His role was to help these organizations build robust digital ecosystems that empowered them to deliver high-quality care.
Throughout his work, he saw a recurring issue: organizations were forced to adjust their service delivery models to fit the limitations of existing digital solutions rather than having technology adapt to their needs. To bridge this gap, he guided organizations in developing their own custom solutions, allowing them to break free from rigid, one-size-fits-all systems.
While custom solutions proved to enhance efficiency and improve quality of care, they remained out of reach for many due to high costs and long implementation timelines. Seeing this critical barrier, he was driven to create CarePlan AI, a powerful, flexible, and AI-powered care management platform that brings the benefits of custom solutions without the traditional complexities.
